Don't allow accepting collection offers for items not able to list on opensea (due to fraud/stolen items)#94

My collection offer was accepted by someone who had an NFT not enabled to be listed on opensea. You have the alerts on an item, but I think you shouldn’t be able to accept a collection offer on such an item.
