Cancel offer on collection should be from newest to oldest#72

Cancelling offers on collection should be from newest to oldest. This prevents people from losing a lot of money from user errors if they submit the wrong amount. I personally experienced this and I’m pissed to see that my oldest offer got cancelled first and someone accepted my newest offer which is the one I wanted to cancel all along!!!
