Ban bad-actors' accounts, instead of limit trading of stolen NFT acquired by collection offer#32

I got this NFT by making collection offer, and it appeared to be taken down on OS, and you implemented this note. While I kinda get the intention, it really hurts user’s interest since the buyer is the one that gets punished.

The right way is to punish the bad actors - in this case, whoever stole the NFT. LR should ban their accounts/addresses to perform any trade, instead of punishing the buyer.

Buyer can check status NFT on OPENSEA!!! Don’t buy stolen NFT!!!
