Able to make a collection offer for all items in filtered collection only (sub-collection)#145

Many subcollections in Art Blocks or ENS does not have
“Make a Collection Offer” for items in smaller groupings (filtered collection may have 1000 items rather than 200K items). This makes the collection offer ineffective and is a serious usability issue.
