Complete rework of royalties and emmissions of looks.

Do away with the rewarding of whales farming tokens with trading rewards.

Instead allocate all 537,000 daily LOOKS to refund buyers who pay royalties.

Make royalties mandatory again, make buyers pay the royalty instead of sellers, buyer gets the ETH value at purchase in looks.

Once the daily emmissions have been allocated no further rewards will be distributed to buyers for that day.

interesting concept. maybe start by reworking listing rewards to refund buy-side royalties? Even a 50k/50k split daily would be enough to start getting data on, and still leaves enough not to fully upend current ecosystem
