Allow Hiding Individual Items#130

Hey, at the moment we can only hide entire collections from our profiles. This is not so efficient when we have mutliple items under collections like Rarible, KnownOrigin, MakersPlace etc. We should be able to hide individual items to avoid hiding items we don’t want to be hidden.
