"Select All" Button When Bulk Listing#127

When we use the bulk listing feature, a “select all” button would help us a lot.
For instance, you click on a collection on the left, and there’s like 50 items in there.
It takes a lot of time to select all unlisted items within that collection. It would save us a lot if we had that little button up there somewhere. (:
