Listing rewards should use rarity/traits for floor calculation#119

Currently, there is no incentive, or even counter incentive, to list rare high value NFTs on LooksRare as listing rewards only take global floor into account.

Having listing rewards price range be based on average of floor by trait would incentivize to list more rare high value NFTs on LooksRare.
