Listing rewards across MORE projects#113

It’s usually the same small group of blue-chips in the top-15 who get incentivized liquidity from listing rewards.

I propose making more distributed & accessible - perhaps something like top 50 projects? Any projects > 100 ETH global lifetime volume? Or even all verified projects?

Spreading them out in more traders’ hands could mean less dumping & wider community buy-in, while also making LooksRare more competitive liquidity-wise on more projects
