Discord Server: Please eliminate the need to turn on direct messages to verify.#112

Because of the frequency of direct messages used for attacks in the Crypto/NFT space - it is NEVER a good idea to ask people using Discord to turn on direct messages. But the LooksRare community asks EVERYONE to turn on direct messages to verify.

In fact, most every Discord server these days INSISTS that direct messaging be turned off before they let you verify.

Could LooksRare please join this positive security trend and insist that all new community members keep Discord direct messages TURNED OFF. Please figure out an alternative mechanism to verify new users to the Discord.
